Before you join the waitlist

What does "no bank" actually mean?

You purchase the lot directly from the owner. Instead of applying for a mortgage through a bank, you agree on a down payment and monthly installment plan directly with the seller. Terms are discussed on your call.

Do I need to visit Hot Springs Village in person?

Not to join the waitlist or have an initial call. Many buyers do visit before finalizing a purchase, and our team can help you plan that when the time comes.

Is this open to buyers outside Arkansas?

Yes. Hot Springs Village attracts buyers relocating from other states as well as those already living nearby. Your call will cover what makes sense for your situation.

Am I obligated to buy after joining the waitlist?

No. Joining the waitlist and booking a call are both free and carry no obligation to purchase anything.
